What it means to be a Dragon?

Yay so more MLP stuff from me, it's been a while. But whats this, it's not the ponies?! Thats right, it's Spike, my first drawing of him in fact.
So the info on this pic. You'll remember from this past season of MLP; the episode Spike tries to find out what it means to be a dragon. Lets say, instead of stumbling upon the teenage dragons (I don't care for their names), our Spike here was discovered by his most excellent and mighty Nicol Bolas: [link] . Yes, that Nicol Bolas, the ancient Elder Dragon Planeswalker whose popped up in recent Magic the Gathering sets like Shards of Alara and the latest 2013 Core Set. He's incredibly old and intelligent, deceitful and cunning. I can just see him tricking Spike into taking him under his wing in exchange for information about Twilight, the Elements of Harmony, and Princess Celestia herself so he can in fact take over Equestria. That or he'd just go in and destroy them all himself, this way requires less energy and strength, besides, he's got the time to wait for progress.
This was a crossover I noticed no one had done and I just had to take advantage of that. >: )
